DeLonghi PAC400 Pinguino Portable Air Conditioner Review from Galina Kostromin. Not bad, but could be better, This is a great design of a portable air conditioner. It consists of two, one cold and one hot, separate units connected with flexible hose, which can be disconnected for installation. It is powerful and quiet. I have installed it in the garage where my wife does laundry. I pulled the hoses through the hole I made in the concrete wall. When the A/C is on the temperature in the garage of 400 square feet drops from 843F to 75F.
The only bad thing is the poor customer support. They did not reply my e-mails at all and when I called them that person appeared having no idea how the product worked nor he knew anything about basics of A/Cs. In other words after you have bought the product you are left on your own.
